I'm Tori, creator/owner of VMS Personal Training. I love any form of exercise, for me it isn’t just about the physical rewards but also the positive effect it has on my mental health too.
Having worked outdoors with horses most of my life, when I decided on a career change, working in the fitness industry seemed like an obvious choice. I love running, working out and feeling fit and well. I want to help others realise their goals and feel the same.
As a Mum of 4 I fully understand the mental and physical journey pregnancy and motherhood takes you on, so it seemed a natural decision to compliment my Personal Trainers qualification with the Level 3 award in supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition.
Having also gained the NASM weight loss specialisation and become a certified Nutrition Coach, I am confident I can offer anyone the whole package to looking and feeling like the best you.
I share my love of physical exercise with my whole family, this year they supported me through my first half marathon. My husband and I enjoyed some child free time completing Total Warrior together in Leeds this summer, inspiring one of our children to run the junior Warrior! It was a very muddy weekend!!
All my children enjoy mountain biking and football and its wonderful to see how happy participating in outdoor sports makes them.
No matter what level of fitness you are when you start training with me, you will have goals and there will be a way to reach them and we will get there together.
It gives me so much pleasure to help clients throughout the whole process from starting training to achieving their personal goals, and share their win when they do. I will be your personal cheerleader when you reach yours!!
