Most women aim for 2–3 short workouts per week to start.
You’ll find two files in the app waiting for you:
Take five minutes to skim them now; and remember to refer back to them at points along your journey.
Keep your first week simple:
• Read the “Start Here” post in the TBOM group
• Choose one short workout
• Tick off your daily habits
• Explore the app and find your way around
You don’t need to do everything — just begin. Consistency builds from there.

• Log in via web browser
• Go to Financials
• Select Packages
• Click the three dots next to TBOM
• Click View Details
• Click the three dots again and select Cancel
