Tell us what equipment you have and any extras you’d like (nutrition, core, running, mobility). It takes less than a minute and unlocks the right workout tracks for you.
→ Click on the tab named 'Forms' and choose “TBOM Workout Selection”
This form can be revisited and altered monthly as you progress so you can change the types of workouts you have access to.
You’ll find two files in the app waiting for you:
Take five minutes to skim them now; and remember to refer back to them at points along your journey.
Open the app, click Chat → TBOM, and say hi in the group chat. It’s where we share wins, ask questions and keep each other accountable.
