Welcome to The Body Of Mums

You’ve taken the first step toward feeling stronger, fitter and more energised, on your terms. To make sure everything gets set up perfectly for you, follow the three quick steps below.

1 | Complete Your Workout Selection Form

Tell us what equipment you have and any extras you’d like (nutrition, core, running, mobility). It takes less than a minute and unlocks the right workout tracks for you.
→ Click on the tab named 'Forms' and choose “TBOM Workout Selection” 


This form can be revisited and altered monthly as you progress so you can change the types of workouts you have access to.

You’ll find two files in the app waiting for you:

  • How to Get the Most Out of TBOM – simple tips for building habits and tracking progress.
     
  • Choosing the Right Weights & Reps – a quick reference to keep every session safe and effective.
     

Take five minutes to skim them now; and remember to refer back to them at points along your journey.

3 | Jump Into the Community

Open the app, click Chat → TBOM, and say hi in the group chat. It’s where we share wins, ask questions and keep each other accountable.

4 | Explore & Get Comfortable

  • Browse the workout library and favourite sessions you want to try. 
  • Log your first workout—no matter how small—to start your streak.
  • Need help? Message me directly in the app; I’m here for you.
  • Why not enter some measurements or progress photos? Remember, this is your starting point.
