Welcome to The Body Of Mums

 You’re in. I’m really glad you’re here.

The Body of Mums is designed to help busy mums feel stronger, fitter and more energised — in a way that fits around real life. There’s no pressure to do everything. Just start small and build consistency.




How TBOM Works

You now have access to:


  • A full library of flexible workouts 
  • Simple daily habit tracking 
  • The TBOM community for support and motivation 


You can choose workouts based on your time, energy and equipment. There’s no fixed programme — this is designed to work around you.


Most women aim for 2–3 short workouts per week to start.

  • How to Get the Most Out of TBOM – simple tips for building habits and tracking progress.
     
  • Choosing the Right Weights & Reps – a quick reference to keep every session safe and effective.
     

Take five minutes to skim them now; and remember to refer back to them at points along your journey.

• Read the “Start Here” post in the TBOM group
• Choose one short workout
• Tick off your daily habits
• Explore the app and find your way around


You don’t need to do everything — just begin. Consistency builds from there.

Choosing Your Workouts

  • Browse the workout library and favourite sessions you want to try. 
  • Log your first workout—no matter how small—to start your streak.
  • Need help? Message me directly in the app; I’m here for you.
  • Why not enter some measurements or progress photos? Remember, this is your starting point.

You can cancel anytime — there’s no minimum commitment.


To cancel:
• Log in via web browser
• Go to Financials
• Select Packages
• Click the three dots next to TBOM
• Click View Details
• Click the three dots again and select Cancel


You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period, and you’re always welcome back.
