Of course. I will design a program that is appropriate for your level of fitness. However if you really don't want to do a whole hour, or don't have the time. We can accommodate shorter sessions to suit you.
Yes, its never too late. We can assess your current level of fitness and taking into consideration the trimester you are in we can gently and safely start an appropriate program. Getting fitter in pregnancy is such a good way to help avoid numerous pregnancy complications and prepares you for labour and delivery. Not to mention once baby is in your arms, how much it helps to already feel fitter and stronger!
Yes of course. We would start with my usual consultation and appropriate assessments and discuss what your goals are. I can then write a plan for you to use when you are at the gym. We can combine it with 1:1 sessions with me where I can teach you correct exercise technique, so you are comfortable performing them in the gym.
Yes of course! If we meet somewhere outside what a great way to combine getting baby some fresh air with some dedicated you time. Or if you are working out from home, no problem we will work around babys needs. Plus I love an excuse for a baby cuddle!
