Personal Training

Personal Training Sessions

All training sessions are written for the individual. Following a consultation where we discuss your goals, take some measurements and do some assessments, I will write a program tailored by your requirements and end goals. It will also take into consideration your exercise preferences and dislikes - apparently not everyone loves burpees! You will be coached through all the exercises ensuring correct form and safety. All clients also have access to Nutrition coaching from myself. Sessions are all delivered either in the comfort of your own home or a mutually convenient location - this could be the local park, playing fields or for group sessions we can use the local hall. Each session is an hour long unless you request otherwise.

Book a session

1:1 Sessions

  • Free initial consultation including health, lifestyle & fitness assessments
  • You will receive a personalised program based on the findings and discussions in the consultation plus nutrition coaching.
  • Sessions delivered as frequently as required where you will be coached through your exercises ensuring correct form & maximum impact.
  • For following alongside your training sessions with me you will be given a regularly updated exercise plan that you can perform on your own.

2:1 Shared Sessions

  • Sessions shared with one other. Ideal if you and a friend want to work out together - always a good motivator, or if you want the same perks of a Personal Training session at a reduced rate.
  • You will both receive all the same benefits as a 1:1 session, including a personalised program and goals.


£50

Group Personal Training

  • This is for small groups of 3 - 6 people
  • All the benefits of 1:1 sessions but shared with more friends and a cost effective way to receive personal training.
  • This can be delivered in your own home, the local park or we can hire a village hall.


£20 per person

Prenatal

  • Exercise plan designed to keep you healthy and strong and help you prepare for labour and childbirth. You will also receive advice on eating healthily and nutrition in pregnancy.
  • A plan designed not only for you personally but also the trimester you are in and any particular symptoms you may be experiencing.
  • As I fully understand the curveballs pregnancy can throw at you we can be flexible, if you can't summon the energy to leave the house but still want an exercise we can adapt to to how you are feeling, and even do it over Zoom.

Postnatal

  • Following your antenatal checkup, once your health care practitioner has given you the all clear, we can begin your postpartum recovery together.
  • Our first session will include a diastasis recti check to assess the level of separation (if any) of your abdominal muscles.
  • Your program will be carefully designed to slowly reintroduce exercise at a pace that is comfortable but also delivers results. We will also discuss eating healithily and nutrition requirements for postnatal and while breastfeeding.
  • All our sessions will incorporate the very important, yet often forgotten, pelvic floor exercises.
  • Breastfeeding Mums need not worry, this will also be taken into consideration when writing your exercise plan.
  • No childcare? No problem! Bring baby with you to the session, it will be my pleasure to have baby cuddles while you exercise.

Session Plans without the Personal Training

While this isn't the ideal way to start in increase your level of physical activity I appreciate Personal Training isn't always accessible to everyone. As exercise has limitless health and mental health benefits I believe that everyone should be able to access personalised programs to help achieve their goals. 

This is an ideal option if you want to start increasing your exercise but don't know where to start, and want to do it safely without sustaining an injury. Or if you are a member of  gym and are stuck in a rut not knowing what to do when you get there other than hop on the treadmill and use the same 3 resistance machines!


  • Personalised programs designed for you to use at home, at the gym or a combination of both.
  • I will be available to check in with for any questions or even some motivation!
