The Body of Mums (TBOM): Fitness Designed for Busy Women

TBOM is a flexible, all-in-one fitness program designed specifically for women with busy lives who want to achieve their health and fitness goals—without the need for strict schedules, classes, or PT sessions. As a busy mum of four, I understand your challenges and barriers to achieving the heath, fitness and body you want so TBOM  is tailored to help you succeed in a way that fits your life.

What is TBOM?

The Body of Mums is more than a workout plan. It’s a hybrid lifestyle program that bridges the gap between personal training, regular classes, and the often-overwhelming world of online workouts. With TBOM, you get a structured plan that you can follow anywhere—in the gym, at home, or on the go—without the pressure of fitting into a specific schedule.

Who is TBOM For?

TBOM is for women at any stage in life who want to improve fitness, strength, weight management, or overall health but need flexibility. Whether you’re a busy mum, working professional, or simply need a program that can adapt to your lifestyle, TBOM is here to support you. 

This program is flexible enough to fit your life, whether you’re using it as a standalone plan or alongside a gym membership. It provides workouts tailored to your schedule and available equipment, giving you guidance and structure, even if you’re at the gym.

With TBOM, you’ll get a complete, customised plan that provides:

How TBOM Works

All of TBOM’s features are accessed via an app that allows you to track your progress, set daily habits, and adjust workouts as needed. Everything is designed to be flexible, so there’s no need to attend any physical sessions unless you choose to. It’s like having a coach in your pocket, wherever and whenever you need it.

NB: Your data is completely private—only you and I will have access to your information within the app, ensuring your privacy and security.
