All training sessions are written for the individual. Following a consultation where we discuss your goals, take some measurements and do some assessments, I will write a program tailored by your requirements and end goals. It will also take into consideration your exercise preferences and dislikes - apparently not everyone loves burpees! You will be coached through all the exercises ensuring correct form and safety. All clients also have access to Nutrition coaching from myself. Sessions are all delivered either in the comfort of your own home or a mutually convenient location - this could be the local park, playing fields or for group sessions we can use the local hall. Each session is an hour long unless you request otherwise.

While this isn't the ideal way to start in increase your level of physical activity I appreciate Personal Training isn't always accessible to everyone. As exercise has limitless health and mental health benefits I believe that everyone should be able to access personalised programs to help achieve their goals.
This is an ideal option if you want to start increasing your exercise but don't know where to start, and want to do it safely without sustaining an injury. Or if you are a member of gym and are stuck in a rut not knowing what to do when you get there other than hop on the treadmill and use the same 3 resistance machines!
